Leonie has been working as a Senior Associate at Amrop Austria since joining the Amrop team in October 2023.

In August 2023, she received a Master of Science degree with honors in Management from the Vienna University of Economics and Business. During her studies, she also served as Vice President at the Master Management Club and provided legal advice to students in her role as Legal Advisor at the Austrian National Union of Students.

Parallel to her last semester, she gained six months of experience in a Recruiting internship, working on domestic and international positions in various sectors. It was also at that time that she discovered her passion for this field of work and chose to continue her career in Executive Search.
