Carmen Tuñas is a Partner at Amrop Spain in Madrid.

Carmen brings more than 20 years of professional experience in Executive Search and Talent Management, having worked for diverse clients and industries across various geographies.

She began her career at Amrop Seeliger y Conde in Madrid as a Researcher in 2000 and worked as a Consultant since 2005. In 2015 she joined the Private Equity Firm SWC as HRBP Talent Acquisition to develop the company’s growth in Spain, France and Luxembourg and the Executive Talent Management of the portfolio companies.

Currently, she is also Partner at The Talent Observer working as Change Advisor and Culture Shaper, unlocking internal talent in organizations and giving advice for agile transformation.

Carmen holds a BA in Politics and Science Administration from USC. She is a Graphologist from the Spanish Society of Graphology and completed the Executive Program Agile for Change from KAIROS DS. Carmen is also certified by Singularity University in Behavioral Transformation, Team Kanban Practitioner by Kanban University and Lean Change Management by LCM Association.

She is fluent in Spanish and English.
