Раніше Віeстурс обіймав різні посади, пов’язані з маркетингом і розробкою продуктів, пізніше він став членом наглядової ради найбільшого латвійського оператора мобільного зв’язку. Після цього він приєднався до Microsoft як менеджер з маркетингової організації в Балтійському регіоні

Портфоліо Viesturs включає понад 200 проектів з пошуку керівників і консалтингових проектів для клієнтів у всьому регіоні.

Viesturs is Managing Partner of Amrop Ukraine, a Partner in Amrop Latvia, and a Member of Amrop’s Board Services and Digital Practices.

Viesturs works mostly with Сlients in the Financial Services, Manufacturing, IT & Telecommunications, Transportation, and Infrastructure sectors.

Earlier in his career, he held various positions related to marketing and product development. Later he became a Supervisory Board member of Latvia’s largest mobile network operator. After that he joined Microsoft as the Marketing organization manager for the Baltic region.

Viesturs’ portfolio includes more than 200 executive search and board consulting projects for clients across the region.
