Nikie is a partner in Amrop's Amsterdam office and provides top executive search services to companies in the industrial and infrastructure sector, retail, food, professional and business services, and to family businesses in particular.

Before Nikie joined Amrop, he was CEO of the family business in metal production and trading from 2007 to 2019 and led a reorganization at payroll company Brisker as an interim manager in 2020. Nikie started his versatile career in management consulting, where he supported companies such as KLM and NS in major change processes. He then worked at Unilever as a Management Trainee. In 2001, Nikie started as a lawyer at Loyens & Loeff, where he specialized in employment law and reorganizations. Four years later, he took his first successful steps in executive search as a Senior Consultant at Legal People.

Nikie holds Master's degrees in Private law and in Public and Company law from Utrecht University and is a member of the Dutch Guild of Family Business Specialists (NGFB) https://ngfb.nl/.
