Nichola is a Principal in the Consumer practice at Amrop UK. With over fifteen years’ experience in Executive Search, she has a track record across a broad range of consumer sectors including Hospitality, Travel, Leisure, Sport, FMCG, Retail and Luxury Goods. Nichola has successfully delivered assignments across all disciplines at Board and Executive level on a global scale.

Prior to joining Amrop, Nichola was a founding member and Partner in a Boutique Executive Search Firm specialising in the Hospitality, Travel, Leisure and Retail sectors. Here, she also held the role of Research Director providing her with an excellent understanding of the management of all aspects of the search process.

Nichola’s earlier career was spent in the retail and travel industries, latterly with Virgin Atlantic. She studied at The Royal Ballet School where she received the Professional Dancers Diploma and performed at The Royal Opera House and London Coliseum.

Nichola is based in Poole, Dorset.
