Mikael Norr is Managing Partner at Amrop's Stockholm office, a Member of Amrop's Global Board and a Member of Amrop's Digital Practice.

Mikael did his first management recruitment in 1989 and has since worked within the field combining consultancy and line management roles as Managing Director and HR Director in privately owned and public noted companies.

Mikael is globally one of the most active members of our global Digital Practice, with assignments for leading companies within the ICT world throughout Europe.

He focuses on General Management positions but also on other leading positions at Group Executive level.

Apart from being a seasoned Executive Search Consultants, Mikael has experience from board positions and investments in several fast growing companies.

Mikael is co-founder of a fast growing company and pioneered a greenfield expansion to several other countries before a successful trade sell. He knows very well the dimensions between founders, investors and employees in fast growing companies and is a well known advisor within his field of expertise.

Mikael holds a Bachelor of Science in Human Resource Management combined with several Executive training sessions at IMD and other institutions.
