Kenneth's experience has included various assignments on the management, executive, and board level for both leading multinationals and local companies. Kenneth has experience working with various stakeholders, cultures and clients by undertaking multi-country searches across different locations both in the Nordics, Europe, Asia as well as North and South America. Adding to this, Kenneth has led more than 175 search assignments for PE owned/backed companies. In addition, he has also worked for listed companies including C25, foundations, and privately owned companies.

Kenneth's client roster spans a broad range of industries and functions including Digital, Industrial, Sustainable Energy & Energy Transition, Property/Real Estate and Financial Services/FinTech. Furthermore, Kenneth has obtained a Board Certificate from Board Assure and teaches at the Board Certificate within the field of Board Search and Assessment.

Kenneth holds an Executive MBA from 2021, comprised of 20 management and leadership courses taught by experts and professors from the world's leading business schools. The final thesis was a 6 months integrated strategic assignment estimated at 350 hours.

He is co-author of the books "Inspiration fra toppen – CFO'ens historie" published by PwC in 2012 and "Til og Fra Lederjobbet" published at Børsens Forlag in 2006 as well as a series of articles published on LinkedIn under the heading "Food for Thought".
