Jan Kirkerud is a Partner at Amrop Norway. He has more than 25 years' experience from executive positions in various companies. His area of expertise is in top-level recruitment in the private sector, especially in digitization/technology and media.

Jan joined Delphi Consulting, the forerunner of Amrop Norway, in 2011. Before this he was a Partner in the executive search firm InterSearch. Jan has more than 25 years' experience from executive positions in various companies, e.g. as Executive Vice President of Software Innovation ASA, Director of EVRY and in management positions in the banking sector.

He has a comprehensive background in top management, line management and strategic/operational work. He also has experience from critical readjustment and modification processes in several industries.

He focuses on recruitment of managers and key roles especially within digitalization, information technology and business development.

Jan holds a Master in Business and Marketing.
