Els Mahieu is a Partner at Amrop in Belgium.

Els entered the executive search industry in 2007 and has built an extensive track record in placing senior executives in strategic positions.

Before joining the executive search industry, she held various sales and marketing management positions with different media companies (newspapers, broadcasters, direct marketing).

At Amrop, Els focuses on the Consumer & Retail, Real Estate, Private Equity, Media and Professional Services sectors.

She obtained a Master's degree in Economics from the University of Ghent. Els is fluent in Dutch, French and English.
